State
State
A politically organized nation that is more or less independent and has a permanent and definite territory in its possession is called a state (definition). The establishment of the state is done so that the people living in a particular area have the full opportunity to express their talents and live their lives in peace and tranquility.
As if these three pillars are the foundation of a healthy state. If even one of these three pillars falls, the whole system of the state is shattered. Therefore, it is important that the three pillars of the state be established in their respective places on a healthy basis. Below we give a brief but comprehensive interpretation of these pillars
(1) Legislature
The legislature is an institution in which the people are governed by legislation by public opinion. The body has a large number of public representatives so that they can represent their people from their respective constituencies and enact partial and nuclear legislation according to the mood of the people. Some states do not have a legislature, but they do have legislation that has many procedures. There are some states where the individual legislates, but this method is rarely used in modern times.
Administration
The second most important pillar of the state is the administration or bureaucracy. Public representatives are elected by a majority of the people, while administrators are elected on the basis of their superior insight. Just as democracy is based on public opinion, so too is administration based on merit. It is as if the highest scientific insight chooses the people of discipline. A subtle point here is that public representatives have the right to install and amend the administration, but this right will be based on merit only. It is unfortunate that the administration in the state has been integrated into politics and high and low administrative affairs have been mortgaged. A high-minded bureaucrat may have been working diligently for years, but a newly elected public representative will pick him up and put him somewhere where all his abilities and morale will be shattered. This conscious and unconscious oppression of politics on the administration actually destroys a pure and sound temple. It is a different matter that now most of the administrators are stubborn and corrupt.
Judiciary
The literal meaning of the judiciary is to make decisions or to differentiate between two things but in a literal sense the judiciary is the institution where citizens come to seek justice. Unbalanced attitudes in society lead to moral and constitutional decay. Therefore, the court is set up to prevent this moral decay and unconstitutionality. The court is the place where the thirst for justice quenches its thirst, where the oppressed bring a hope, where the people judge the seated judge. Believe in the vice and seek justice. It is a different matter that justice has become a prostitute in dear country pakistan and the court is a room which is available to the rich city but not to the poor. However, this is not our topic. It is the largest and most powerful pillar.
Some people think that media is the fourth pillar of the state but I may not believe that I am wrong. But to me, any state has only three pillars, apart from the constitution and the defense establishment. The state is established after great sacrifices, the state must be strong, especially in a society where one or another trend is going on, where sectarianism is on the rise, where there is terrorism, where there is poverty, where there is ignorance And where the courts are devoid of justice, the state must be strong. Whoever has the state in his hands must be strong. The state should not be hijacked because this is the time when the enemy establishes Bangladesh. May Allah protect our dear homeland, may we have unity and may the rulers come to their senses. Amen !!!
